Tomato salad with herb bread

A salad for the summer

Preperation time - 15 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients:
5 Tomatoes (Sliced)
1/2 onion (finely diced)
garlic clove (crushed)
3 table spoons of olive oil
lemon juice
basil
herb bread

How:
Place the tomatoes in a bowl with a the onion and garlic.
Add the olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice
Toss and sprinkle the basil to taste.
Serve with warm herb bread
